Porchfest 2025

Porchfest is an annual neighborhood event where local musicians and artists set up in the front yards around the neighborhood and perform half hour sets on a lovely October afternoon. If you’re interested in being a yard host or an artist performer check out this form with more information and feel free to fill it out!

This year, we’ll plan to end at Shane & Jennifer’s house at 4440 Gra Mar with a bonfire and neighborhood hangout as well. Exact times TBD.

Halloween 2025

Besides trick-or-treating, we will also be having our first annual Halloween decorating competition! We’re currently looking for prizes for the giveaway, so if you are a local business owner or have a prize you’d like to donate, please text Allison Tinius at 334-791-5656.

At the beginning of October, we’ll be sending out the signup for the Halloween trick or treating map as well as information about the decorating competition, so be on the lookout and get those decorating plans underway!

Root Nashville

Reminder that if you ordered trees through Root Nashville, be sure to check your email for updates. If you need help digging the holes for the planting dates, email [email protected] and we’ll try and get you some assistance.

Neighborhood Yard Sale

We are planning to have a neighborhood yard sale on October 4th from 9am to noon! If you want to participate, send us your address to [email protected] by September 28th and we’ll be sure to add you to the list of participating houses and we’ll be sure to advertise it.

Grill & Chill Postponed

The grill & chill will have to be postponed. We will follow up with more information!
