Updates on the Broadmoor/Saunders intersection
Emily Benedict has been working with the neighborhood association to address concerns about accidents at the intersection of Broadmoor and Saunders. Val Martinez from NDOT has some ideas she would like to share with the neighborhood via a WebEx meeting. Neighborhood Yard Sale

Porchfest 2026
We also discussed having a Spring Porchfest towards the end of April. Allison will be reaching out to everyone who wanted to host or perform to find the best dates.
Other Spring Events
A few additional ideas for the Spring/Summer are a seedling swap, Grill n’ Chill, and a workshop on meshtastic – so be on the lookout for those. If you have any ideas feel free to share them here. And if you’d like to volunteer to help with an event, reach out at [email protected].
